Not sure I'm completely familiar with the offer. But, I might not be the best judge... No one in my immediate family has ever been to Disney. And, yeah, remember that I probably qualify for travel agent discounted tickets. I even stayed in the Contemporary resort once and never did make it into the Magic Kingdom. (It was a business travel conference, so I was too busy.)

Survey for you & your readers: Does never having been to Disney nor taking my children there mean I'm un-American? Depriving my children of a special experience? Sad?

When I was little my cousin's family went to Disney Land. I wanted my parents to take me there so bad. It never happened. I felt unloved and deprived. I forgive them. I wonder since Walt Disney died if they are heading in the wrong direction. When Walt Disney and Bucky Fuller were creating the EPCOT center one of my university teachers sat in on at least one of their meetings as a graduate student if I've got the story right. Disney knew the technology didn't exist at the time to build it. He said by the time the building started the technology would be there. He was a great visionary.

I don't know what this promotion is all about.
